Classis Hamilton, at its highest level, is governed by the delegates from the local churches in its region, meeting periodically, usually three times each year. The delegates at the classis meetings annually elect nine individuals to serve as members of the Classis Interim Committee (CIC). The CIC elects from among its members, six persons to serve as members of the Board of Directors in accordance with the By-Laws and the policy manual.
The Classis Ministry Team (CMT) is also elected by the delegates at the classis meetings. Its mandate is to supervise, support and encourage the work of ministries and teams within Classis Hamilton.
