CLASSIS HAMILTON APPOINTMENT SCHEDULE FOR 2012 

1. Classis provides pulpit supply two Sundays each month (ordinarily the 2^nd and 4^th) from September to May.
2. Vacancies are filled by the church (not by the pastor as done in the past). The pastor must be a minister in good standing in the CRC.  The church will ordinarily send the pastor employed on staff. The sending church must convey in advance to the receiving church (with their agreement) which pastor will fill the vacant pulpit.
3. Pulpit supply is also provided on June 10, 2012 (for both services) for the two churches whose pastors attend Synod on behalf of Classis Hamilton. Two pastors are needed to fill the vacancies. They will be chosen (after the February Classis meeting) from the following order:  Immanuel, Mt. Hamilton, Jarvis, and Simcoe.
4. Services will be paid on a per service basis. Mileage ($.0.46 per km) will be paid to the pastor. One hundred dollars per service will be sent to the sending church.
5. If you need to make any changes, please arrange them yourselves. Remember to notify the churches and/or pastors involved of any changes.
